Cat’s Eyes perform in the Vatican

Cat’s Eyes is a new duo made up of Rachel Zeffira, a Canadian opera soprano and multi-instrumentalist based in London, and Faris Badwan, the singer from British psychedelic-rockers The Horrors. The musical result is an eerie romantic pop, only fit for a church in the Vatican. Which is exactly where they performed. Check out their performance in their website here. Check out their track “Not a Friend” here, and make sure to check out their new self-titled album when it drops May 3rd via Downtown Records.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr. go on tour with Tapes N’ Tapes

Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr. is a Detroit-based band composed of Daniel Zott and John Epstein, which are pictured in an oil painting to the left. This will serve as the album artwork for their debut LP, “It’s a Corporate World”. Here’s what Epstein said about the eclectic album: ‘It’s a Corporate World’ is really about two individuals existing in separate lives, and the ideas that can form or possibilities that can open up when one person starts to rely on another with a genuine sense of trust and mutual respect”. Check out their upcoming tour below.
