The Strokes Release First Single Off New Album, “Under Cover Of Darkness”

For a very long time it seemed like this album was never coming, but all of a sudden, we are so close to it being released! The Strokes’ newest effort, Angles, will be available on March 22nd via RCA records in the US but the first single off the album, “Under Cover of Darkness,” is streaming on their website HERE and will be available to purchase online through iTunes U.S on February 15th. Middle Brother Gets Technological

Middle Brother are taking a new angle to fan-interaction. The group has taken it upon themselves to develop their very own iPhone app.

Middle Brother, in case you hadn’t heard, is made up of Deer Tick’s John McCauley, Dawes’ Taylor Goldsmith and Delta Spirit’s Matthew Vazquez. The three toured together in 2009 and realized their musical tastes were too similar to not collaborate in some form.
