Following up on the success of his debut album Speak, Jer Coons is about to release a remix EP called JERemix, featuring six completely transformed and edged out songs from his traditional, acoustic “Vermont Pop” full length. Coons remixed one of the songs himself and left the rest to his friends, while keeping an overseeing eye. The EP, out on Roll Call Records, should hit the stands in the early Fall.

But Jer Coons isn’t stopping there; these remixes are going on the road as he will be performing them live throughout the Northeast this Fall during his first ever headlining club tour, with supporting guests Jesse Ruben and Seth Glier. He will drop his acoustic guitar and play solo with a myriad of samples and a loop station during a run that will take him from Boston, MA to Northampton, MA with a stop at The Studio at Webster Hall in New York City on October 6th. That’s not a set-up seen very often so catch him if you can!
