Songstress Elaine Romanelli Releases Piano Driven New Single, “25”

Songstress Elaine Romanelli has just premiered her gorgeous new single, “25” via Huffington Post. The piano driven track provides a harmonious background to Romanelli’s unique and alluring voice; one that will uplift and intrigue. “25” is the first single from Romanelli’s new album, “The Hour Before,” out April 21, 2015. She will be celebrating the release with a show at Rockwood Music Hall Stage 3 on April 25th in New York City. Tickets here!

“The song ’25’ is for everyone reaching a birthday and wondering what is ahead — and also for everyone looking back and laughing at the twists and turns. Most of all, it’s a celebration of feeling joyful, of living fully and loving your friends, right now, no matter your age,” states Romanelli.

Based in Harlem, Elaine Romanelli is a nationally touring independent singer, songwriter, pianist and guitar player. Her shows are augmented by lectures and workshops in which she shares her expertise in songwriting, performing, and music business logistics. Elaine also writes and records for other indie artists, most recently for ‘Broken Film’ (Grammy-nominated artist SONiA/Disappear Fear).

Before her incarnation as a singer/songwriter, Elaine lived some exciting other lives. She acted, sang, and danced for a year in a 4-person musical revue; helped develop a trunk show for the San Francisco Opera; worked with Tony Kushner on an Off-Broadway world premiere; and was, briefly, a reality TV star (on TLC’s What Not to Wear). She holds a B.A. in music from Stanford University.
