Ducktails Reveal Details About Upcoming Third Album

Ducktails, or Matthew Mondanile, also known as the guitarist for the band Real Estate, is releasing his third album and we have all the info about it right here for you. You can now circle the month of January 2011 if you’re interested in purchasing their upcoming full-length, Ducktails III: Arcade Dynamics, which will be out on Woodsist Records. You can find the tracklist for the album at the end of this post. Grandchildren Debut New Video

To celebrate the release of their latest full length, Grandchildren had Toronto director Chelsea McMullan oversee their first music video, “Saturn Returns.”

Now, two years later, Chelsea has returned to help the band re-envision their superb first single. The video (more like a short film) “Saturn Returns Part II” features the underlying message that both nature and technology want to you dead (or something). It’s not the most cheerful, but damn does it look cool.

You can see it right here.
