Next Tuesday, Denmark Records will release ArnHao’s “Love Fades” as a digital 7″. But, the label has also decided to give dedicated fans a first look at the song. Individuals who email DenmarkRecords@gmail.com within the next week will receive a “Love Fades” Valentine’s Day gift, which includes the song, a remix by Holygrailers, and the “Love Fades” music video. Toro Y Moi Preps New Release

Chaz Bundick’s second release as Toro Y Moi, Underneath the Pine, comes out in two weeks. In honor of which, Urban Outfitters caught up the 24-year-old South Carolina native to talk music and more. The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart Release New Album Art, Single, And Tour Dates

New York City indie pop band The Pain of Being Pure at Heart have had a big run lately, releasing a critically acclaimed debut album in 2009, touring the world, and staying in constant rotation on my iPod. This Spring, they launch a massive North American tour with Twin Shadow and plan to release a new record.
To help them with their upcoming album Belong, they’ve enlisted the help of producer Flood (Smashing Pumpkins, U2, PJ Harvey) and mixer Alan Moulder (My Bloody Valentine, The Jesus & Mary Chain, Ride). The album drops March 29th on Limited Edition Colored vinyl, CD, and download via Slumberland/Collective Sounds.

The Luyas Offer Up New Album Title Track, “Too Beautiful To Work”

The Luyas’ debut album, Too Beautiful To Work, will be out on Dead Oceans on February 22nd. It will feature Owen Pallett as well as Arcade Fire’s Sara Neufeld. The Canadians, however, have already made the LP’s title track available to download over on Pitchfork. “Too Beautiful To Work” sounds deceivingly simple with Jessie Stein’s soft high-pitched voice but the music and lyrics form a never ending whirlwind of layers that make this title track really interesting. The Luyas will also be supporting their first full-length starting at the end of this month. They will be performing alongside Ra Ra Riot and Givers so check their tour dates below.

The Seedy Seeds Announce New Album And Spring Tour

Cincinnati’s The Seedy Seeds have a new album, Verb Noun, and you can listen to the title track here! The band was formed in 2005 and this first track shows us exactly how well they’ve perfected their sound in those few years. You get to have a classic electronic dance beat mixed with an earthy feeling thanks to Mike Ingram’s banjo and a hint of the sound of horses riding in the background in the rhythm. The album will be available at the band’s tour venues throughout March and April before it gets a release online and at the record stores so check the dates below to get your hands on the album if you like what you’ve heard above!
