Damon & Naomi Celebrate 25 Years With a New Album

Damon & Naomi have been performing together for 25 years, or more years than some of us have been alive. A new album, a fitting way to celebrate the occasion, has been recorded and will be out May 9th.

False Beats and True Hearts is the first album from the group in four years, although the group has seen the re-release of several albums in that time including their very first More Sad Hits.

With all of the group’s re-releases, it’s appropriate that False Beats’ first single “Walking Backwards” is a celebration of the art of reflection. You can hear the single right here, and look for False Beats and True Hearts when it’s released May 9th

The Thermals Perform On Lopez Tonight

February 1st the Thermals had a gig on Lopez Tonight. You saw them play “I Don’t Believe You” off of their upcoming fifth album Personal Life.

What you didn’t see was their second performance, where they played the song “Not Like Any Other Feeling”. Luckily, now a video has been released that lets you do just that.

Check out “Not Like Any Other Feeling” below and look for Personal Life out on February 15th on Kill Rock Stars.
