My Cousin, The Emperor Releases New Ep
My Cousin, The Emperor will be releasing their new record, The Subway EPs, on March 29th.The album is a single disc with a double EP on it.
Coming in two volumes, the first part has acoustic tracks and is called Prospect Park. The second volume, Broadway-Lafayette, is an electric album.
In support of CD, they will be embarking on a tour with the Small Ponds. The tour dates are listed below:

“ENJOY THE SILENCE” Video Released by Nada Surf From Their Cover Album “If I Had A Hi-Fi”
Covering Depeche Mode’s “If I had Silence,” they filmed the video during live performances of their summer 2010 throughout Germany. The video was directed by Jan-Ole Gerster.

Yours Truly featured a new live acoustic music video by We Are Trees
We Are Trees premiered their new video for song, “Sunrise Sunset” off of their ep Boyfriend.
The video is very cool and spectacularly shot. The steady beat of the drums flows nicely over the guitar and occasional violin stroke.

Fujiya & Miyagi Release Second Single, “YOYO”

With the dawning of Ventriloquizzing coming closing, set for a January 25th release, Fujiya & Miyagi debut the second single of the album after “Sixteen Shades of Black and Blue,” “YOYO.”
The new record promises to be chilling and addicting, as the droning of the beats match perfectly with the vocals.

Lower Dens Plays a “Yours Truly” Session, and Releases First Single, ‘Batman’

Female fronted Indie rock band from Baltimore, Lower Dens, has announced their 2011 tour dates. Starting on January 3rd in Washington DC, they will finish March 15th in Norman, Oklahoma.
Previously releasing their first album, Twin-Hand Movement, the new single “Batman” is off the upcoming EP of the same name to be released January 18th. They recently performed the single for a “Yours Truly” Session that you can watch here.

Generationals Reveal March 2011 as Release for “Actor-Caster”

The second full length album by the Generationals, Actor-Caster, will be due out March 29, 2011 on Park the Van records.
After releasing, Trust EP, November 9th 2010, they went to work on finishing the materials for the new album.
Starting January 11th, the Generationals will start a small town tour beginning in St. Louis and ending in Los Angeles in early February.
